1. What is the difference between custom and stock toupee?

Custom toupee is made as per the customer's specification including the exact size,

hair color, density etc. For us, if the quantity is less than 5 units with same specification, we will make as custom made units. Stock toupee is made as stated size, for instance, 5×7, 6×8, 7×9, 8×10, 9×11 etc. Generally speaking, the stock units will be cheaper than custommade units.

2. After how long should I expect to receive my hairpiece once I have completed all order placement procedures?

Well, this will depend on various factors. During normal days you will receive the hairpieces or men’s toupees within 6 weeks minimum. For RUSHorder it takes 4 weeks for the same. In case there are holidays, the deliverymay take longer but we always inform clients in such cases.

3. I have a hairpiece with me now, is it possible for you to duplicateoneof their units?

Yes. Just send it in and we will have the factory make an exact duplicate- we do it all the time.

4. How Long Does the Hair Piece Last?

This will depend on factors such as lifestyle, water hardness, number andfrequency of washing, and many others. Under normal conditions our clientshave reported the hair to last between 6 months to a year. It may even last longer with respect to how it is used.

5. What payment methods have you put in place?

We accept WIRE T/T, WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL. Different additional charges may apply to some of these. For Paypal, we charge 5% extra.

6. Do you have a Database for keeping my specs for future orders?

7. What are Bleached Knots? And do you do Bleached Knots?

It simply means bleaching out the knots done when tying together eachindividual hair strand to form a lace at the base of the cap. Bleaching makesthe knot lighter and leaves a natural look on the wig just like its own natural hair. Bleaching is particularly recommended for black hair. At JoinMe HAIR, we do bleached knots normally.

8. How to take your measurements for a wig?

In order to buy the lace wigs which can perfectly fit you, you should takeyour measurements carefully. Before you start, pin hair as flat and as tight aspossible then take the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours.

① Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measuresoits edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.

② Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight backover crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.

③Ear to Ear across forehead: At front of ear, measure fromhairline at baseof sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear.

④Ear to Ear over top: Measure from hairline directly above the ear acrosstop of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.

⑤Temple to Temple round back: From temple to temple across the backof head.

⑥Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.

10. What is under-venting ?

When you filling our order form, you may not understand what underventing is and its effects. Well, under-vent means hair is knotted on the insideof base.
